We are excited to announce that Alexander Gow Fire Equipment Company
is now part of Performance Systems Integration.
Dear Valued Customer,
Alexander Gow is proud to be celebrating our 101st anniversary this year. Thank you to everyone we work with for helping make us the leader in Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Equipment in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.
As we started to contemplate our next 100 years, it became apparent that we needed a vision and plan that would allow us to continue to improve our company and give our employees a prosperous and secure future. We evaluated our options and decided that partnering with a company that held our core values close to its heart was the best way to achieve this. Finding the one that truly valued our employees and customers was the single most important factor in deciding who we would allow to perpetuate our legacy.
After much discussion, we selected Performance Systems Integration (PSI) of Portland, Oregon. PSI has a long history of providing high-quality compliance services for all life safety systems throughout the Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and Northern California.
Despite the change in ownership, we will be retaining the Alexander Gow brand name. The company’s mission also will not change: to provide superior fire suppression systems, services, and inspections for every customer and project, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the safety of their businesses.
All daily operations will remain the same, as will the A.Gow leadership team and personnel. All existing contracts will also remain in place.
We expect you will see operational improvements with more timely reporting, expanded capacity with PSI’s assistance in recruiting and process development, as well as an ability to expand to communities beyond Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii.
We look forward to our partnership with Performance Systems Integration and providing our customers with the same high-quality installation, inspection, and maintenance services you’ve come to expect.
